Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Bulacan, including SJDM, Meycauayan, Marilao, Obando, Norzagaray. You will build relationships with clients and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

The role involves frequent multi-day trips across the territory to ensure coverage and strong client management. You will meet sales targets and develop accounts while promoting FELCO's values and solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be assigned in North Luzon or NCR areas.

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon or NCR.
