Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Batangas (Southwestern/Coastal Batangas). You will frequently travel to cover the region and manage client relationships for trusted Filipino brands.

You will meet sales and collection targets, develop new accounts, plan coverage and promotions, maintain documentation, and promote FELCO's values and solutions to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.
• 1–2 years sales experience, field-based preferred in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to be assigned in Bicol Region.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Batangas (Southwestern/Coastal Batangas).

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
• Willing to be assigned in areas in Bicol Region.
