Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Cagayan Valley, including Western and Northern Isabela and Tabuk City. • Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Cagayan Valley:

• Western and Northern Isabela + Tabuk City

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.
