You will generate leads, build relationships, and present solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to work field visits, networking, and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field




• With sales experience, preferably in automotive, or other customer-facing industries.




• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently deal with customers and build professional relationships.




• Customer-oriented, persuasive, and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.




• Willing to conduct fieldwork, networking, client visits, and other sales activities as required.




• Basic knowledge of sales processes, quotations, documentation, and payment/banking procedures.




• Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other sales-related systems.




• Knowledge of automotive products and vehicles is an advantage.




• Able to work independently and as part of a team, meet sales targets, and work under pressure.




• Valid driver’s license is an advantage, preferably with the ability and confidence to drive vehicles.
