Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in Davao City is seeking a Sales Consultant for Suzuki Auto Davao to represent the brand and generate leads. The role requires outbound telemarketing experience, strong English and Filipino, and the ability to transact and negotiate with clients.

You will follow up with leads, drive test drives or credit applications, and aim for minimum sales targets while maintaining professional conduct and knowledge of financing, LTO processes, and warranties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field; fresh graduates accepted.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand, its values and its products to the general public.
• Generate leads and potential buyers.
• Communicate, transact and negotiate with potential clients.
• Follow up and follow through with the needs of each potential client.
• Monthly generation of leads as deemed necessary by the sales manager.
• Generation of 10 warm prospects(Show up, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sales.
• Minimum Sales of 4 units.
• Requirement for basic automotive knowledge.
• Requirement to accomplish all basic training courses.
• Generally good disposition towards clients.
• Shows integrity and respect for stringent processes for the processing of any financial documents and the receipt of payments.
• General knowledge of financing process, LTO process, vehicle warranties and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Good grasp of internet sales, Autodeal, ZigWheels and other "New Normal" sales strategy.
