Job summary

HMR Philippines, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to develop customer relationships and drive B2B sales for industrial equipment, furniture, and related products.

You will manage a customer database, reach out to returning clients and new prospects, and promote new arrivals and promotions. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, knowledge of retail merchandise, and proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint with basic messaging apps.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, B2B focus.
• Knowledge of retail merchandise or related industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic communications apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and maintain customer database to sell industrial equipment, furniture, appliances, and more.
• Reach out to returning customers and new clients’ needs and inquiries; inform customers of new arrivals and promotions.
• Achieve set sales targets; manage floor area, ensure stocks are organized with signage; source products from branches as needed.
• Send proposals and quotations; saturate all commercial establishments within a 5 km radius; report to sales manager.

• Develop customer relationships and maintain customer database to sell industrial equipment, furniture, appliances, commercial equipment, etc.
• Enthusiastically reach out to returning customers and new clients’ needs and inquiries.
• Knowledge of retail merchandise or the same industry is a plus.
• Achieve set sales targets, inform customers of new arrivals and promotions, manage floor areas of responsibility, and ensure stocks are neatly organized on proper fixtures with appropriate signage.
• Source from other branches and affiliates products that the customer may need that might not be available in store.
• Send proposals and quotations to customers requiring formal documentation.
• Saturate all commercial establishments within a 5 km radius of the retail store.
• Reports to the sales manager.
• Highly sales-oriented and has an eager disposition to create positive customer experiences with HMR clients.
• Has 1+ years of experience in Sales from various industries, with expertise in Business-to-Business transactions.
• Competent in using basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, communications apps (Viber, Whatsapp), and social media savvy, owner of client database is highly preferred.
• Out-of-the-Box thinker that strategizes sales-related initiatives.
• With retail sales industry experience.
