The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, promoting company products, services, and franchise opportunities, and converting prospects into clients. The role involves conducting presentations, managing client inquiries, closing sales transactions, and ensuring proper coordination with internal departments for order processing and service delivery. The Sales Agent is also responsible for maintaining accurate client records, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals
- Present and promote company products, services, and franchise packages to potential clients
- Conduct product or franchise presentations and consultations
- Close sales transactions in accordance with company pricing and approval guidelines
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and franchise prospects
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects until deal closure and post-sale coordination
- Maintain accurate client databases, sales trackers, and documentation
- Prepare and submit sales reports and client transaction records
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales contracts and requirements
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and Franchise teams for order processing and service delivery
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company briefings
- Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred)
- College-level applicants with strong sales background may be considered
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience (franchise, retail, B2B, or service industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Good customer relationship and client management skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and transactions
- Proficient in basic computer applications and sales tracking tools
- Experience in franchise sales is a plus
