Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an Growth Backer/Outbound Sales Specialist to perform outbound calling, qualification, and appointment setting with English-speaking clients. You will conduct consultative meetings to align client goals with company solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sales in a remote setup, offering daily training, a structured process, room to grow, and the ability to earn in dollars.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of BPO sales calling experience or similar English-speaking client interaction.
• Full-Cycle Sales experience: End-to-End Sales, AE, or Closing role.
• High-Ticket or B2B sales focus: Inbound & Outbound calls.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Industry-related sales experience: Telco, Financial loans, Recruitment sales.

Position:Growth Backer/Outbound Sales Representative/Sales And Marketing Specialist/Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.

Qualifications:

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales,
