1. Sales Generation and Business Development
- Conduct proactive sales activities including sales calls, telesales, client meetings, site inspections, and networking opportunities.
- Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and repeat business.
- Attend trade shows, travel fairs, promotional events, and other networking functions when required.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
2. Inquiry and Client Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through phone, SMS, email, social media, website, and other channels.
- Build strong relationships with clients from inquiry stage until post-event completion.
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Manage assigned accounts and ensure all client requests and commitments are properly documented.
3. Site Inspections and Product Presentation
- Facilitate ocular visits with strong knowledge of the company’s products, facilities, and services.
- Recommend packages and customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Present proposals and negotiate terms in accordance with approved pricing and policies.
4. Proposal, Contract, and Sales Administration
- Prepare and review proposals and contracts in accordance with approved rates and procedures.
- Ensure that revisions to contracts, event details, and rates are properly documented and approved.
- Maintain complete and accurate client files and sales records.
- Demonstrate mastery of the sales pipeline and CRM system.
5. Account Management and Collections
- Monitor payment schedules and collection status of assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding issuance of Sales Invoice and Accounts Receivable documents.
- Bill clients for additional bookings, penalties, rental extensions, damages, and incidentals when applicable.
- Monitor aging accounts and coordinate collection efforts as necessary.
6. Event Turnover and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Conduct pre-event coordination meetings with Operations and other departments.
- Ensure accurate turnover of event details, timelines, and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments until proper handover.
- Ensure all commitments made during the sales process are communicated and documented.
7. Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Maintain updated leads reports, sales pipelines, and action plans.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
- Monitor financial objectives and achievement of sales quotas.
8. Process Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all sales documents and reports.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
