Gunita Villas and Pavilion in the Batangas area seeks a Strategic Sales Leader to drive revenue through targeted sales calls, meetings, site inspections, and networking with government and corporate clients.

You will spearhead entry into government and corporate segments, build and manage a robust pipeline, and represent the resort at trade shows and events. You will meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate across departments.

Job description

Strategic Sales Leadership & Market Development

• Lead sales generation and business development efforts — sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and networking — to drive revenue growth.
• Spearhead Common Ground's entry into the government and corporate segments, identifying and securing new institutional accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective and repeat clients, and represent the resort at trade shows, travel fairs, and industry events.
• Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Oversee timely response to inquiries across all channels, ensuring consistent service from initial contact through post-event completion.
• Lead site inspections and product presentations, recommending tailored packages and solutions based on client requirements.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms within approved pricing and policy guidelines.
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring client requests and commitments are properly documented.

Proposal, Contract & Revenue Administration

• Oversee preparation and review of proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved rates and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of contract revisions, event changes, and rate adjustments.
• Maintain mastery of the sales pipeline and CRM system, and ensure complete, accurate client records.
• Oversee collections for assigned accounts, including billing for additional charges, penalties, and incidentals; coordinate with Accounting on Official Receipts, AR documentation, and aging account follow-up.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead pre-event coordination with Operations and other departments to ensure accurate turnover of event details, timelines, and client requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal departments through proper handover, ensuring all sales commitments are communicated.

Performance Reporting & Process Governance

• Maintain and analyze leads reports, sales pipelines, and performance data; prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve revenue and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes across all sales documentation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, and maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
