Job summary

COAD Health and Wellness Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Associate to own and manage existing customer accounts. You will handle communication across official channels, ensure accurate order taking, and support account retention and follow-up.

You will also respond to inquiries, assist with payment collection and endorsements, and collaborate with Marketing to service customers and maintain data records in our systems.

Job description

The Sales Associate is the assigned owner of existing customer accounts. The role covers customer communication across all official company channels, order taking and order accuracy, account retention and follow-up, complaint and inquiry handling, and payment collection. The Sales Associate is accountable for keeping, servicing and retaining the customers that Marketing brings in.

Technical Competence Needed:

• Order taking and order encoding accuracy
• Working knowledge of company products, meal plans, caloric levels, inclusions, allergens and pricing
• Proficiency in all official customer communication channels used by the company
• Customer relationship and account management
• Complaint handling and service recovery
• Basic computation of orders, billing, discounts and balances
• Payment collection, documentation and endorsement procedures
• Computer literacy — MS Office / Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM or order tracker systems
• Accurate and efficient typing and written correspondence
• Report preparation and data recording
• Working knowledge of the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and confidentiality requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Education:Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Hospitality Management, Nutrition or any related field. Senior High School graduates with relevant experience may be considered.

Experience:At least one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, online selling, account management or a customer-facing role. Experience in food service, meal plans, wellness or e-commerce is an advantage.

Skills:Proficient in written and verbal English and Filipino; computer literate; familiar with online messaging platforms and spreadsheet-based trackers; accurate in encoding and numerical work.

Other Requirements:Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays; able to work under time pressure and meet daily cut-offs; of good moral character with a demonstrated record of honesty in handling collections; physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position.
