Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Sales Associate (Retail) to be the frontline contact between the business and its customers in the Greater Metro Manila area. You will identify customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and educate them about our products and services.

You'll conduct product demonstrations, stay updated on tech specs and promotions, respond to inquiries professionally, and help expand our reach through social media while supporting sales and marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School graduate.
• Open to career shifters with technical support experience.
• Experience with consumer electronics or gadgets is a plus.
• Experience as a customer-facing sales representative or product specialist is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and good chat etiquette.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, 6 days per week.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Metro Manila Area.

About the role

The Sales Associate (Retail) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• At least Senior Highschool Graduate

• Career shifters with relevant technical support experience are encouraged to apply

• Experience with consumer electronics or consumer technology, including but not limited to gadgets, smart-home devices, and mobile technology is an advantage

• Experience as a Customer-Facing Sales Representative or Product Specialist is an advantage

• Good English verbal and written communication skills

• At least 30 WPM typing speed and has good chat etiquette

• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week

• Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Metro Manila Area
