Job summary

COAD Health and Wellness Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to own existing customer accounts, ensure accurate order processing, and maintain strong service commitments across all company channels. You will handle payments, follow up for retention, and support reporting and compliance while working in a fast-paced team on shifting schedules.

About the role

The Sales Associate is the assigned owner of existing customer accounts. The role covers customer communication across all official company channels, order taking and order accuracy, account retention and follow-up, complaint and inquiry handling, and payment collection. The Sales Associate is accountable for keeping, servicing and retaining the customers that Marketing brings in.

About you

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Hospitality Management, Nutrition or any related field; Senior High School graduates with relevant experience may be considered
• At least one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, online selling, account management or a customer-facing role
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Filipino
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM or order tracker systems
• Familiar with online messaging platforms and spreadsheet-based trackers
• Accurate in encoding and numerical work
• Working knowledge of the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and confidentiality requirements
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to work under time pressure and meet daily cut-offs
• Of good moral character with a demonstrated record of honesty in handling collections
