Tripodlink Global Solutions Co. is seeking a proactive sales-oriented professional to drive market research, craft compelling marketing materials, and develop strategies that align with company goals in the Philippine market.

You will collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals for LIS solutions, building relationships with hospital administrators and IT heads.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Background in IT or experience as a Medical Technologist is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Create marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, email campaigns and design/post updates on company websites).
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and account acquisition.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for LIS solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with laboratory managers, pathologists, IT heads, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to laboratory workflows.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales forecasts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A background in Information Technology or experience as a Medical Technologist is an advantage.
