Job summary

BIOTECH SYSTEMS TRADING CORPORATION is seeking Sales and Marketing Specialists to advance business across assigned territories in the Philippines. You will develop relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth through strategic lead generation and CRM updates.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present proposals and contracts, and build rapport with key opinion leaders to meet annual targets. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science field; non-medical degrees welcome.
• At least 1 year in a similar field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good moral character; proactive and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of MS Office and HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong level of relationships with assigned territories and work with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities

• Identify and develop ongoing opportunities for sales growth

• Develop strong rapport with KOL's within the assigned territories

• Develop a strategic lead generating activities within the assigned territories to attain annual target.

• Develop key account strategy in collaboration with other functions within the company

• Have a clear overview of the current market situation in the assigned territories.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts

• Correct and timely updating of the company CRM

• Create accurate reports

Qualifications:

Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and other science related courses. Non-medical course is also open to apply.

At least 1 year experience in similar field

Average to Above-average communication skills

Average to Above-average presentation skills

Good Moral Character
