Proven experience in the field of sales, specifically in food packaging products. Experience handling or dealing with government-related sales/transactions is an advantage. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment to completing tasks ahead of deadlines.

• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

• Excellent skills in leadership, planning, interpersonal relations, analytical thinking, report writing, mathematics, communication, and technical marketing
• Possesses sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Knowledgeable in team-building techniques
• Proven background in customer and market research, as well as developing effective marketing and sales strategies
• Meets or exceeds testing requirements as set by the General Manager/Managing Director
• Working knowledge of operations, including automated workflow systems for both digital and press production
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and processes
