Kon-Tiki Hospitality Corp. is actively seeking a Sales and Marketing professional for a full-time role based in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales. You will drive revenue, craft comprehensive marketing plans and nurture client relationships to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate has hospitality industry sales/marketing experience, strong digital marketing skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel for business development is expected as needed.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development within the hospitality industry or related sectors

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Willingness to travel as required for business development activities
