Job summary

Kabayan Hotel in Pasay City, Metro Manila, part of THE LEGEND HOTELS International Corporation, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager. In this full-time role you will lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth and develop key client relationships for a 2-star property.

You will mentor a team of sales professionals, analyze market trends, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery while continuously pursuing targets and best practices in hospitality sales.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
