About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team on a full-time basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing targeted marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sectors to increase agency revenue and market share
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media promotion, and advertising initiatives to attract both clients and job seekers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client expectations are met and deliver high-quality service outcomes
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities, conversions, and revenue generation
• Represent the agency at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage client feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional literature

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving business objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and staffing solutions is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong sales backgrounds
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
