Job summary

Indo Negrense Trading Co. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental. You will develop strategies, build client relationships, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure superior customer experiences.

About the role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Indo Negrense Trading Co., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its market presence in Bacolod City and the surrounding Negros Occidental region. Reporting directly to the BOD, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through sales prospecting, proactive client calls, order taking and booking,payment and collections monitoring, timely follow-ups on overdue accounts, and other activities that support sales growth.
• Collaborate with the Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless product delivery and excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor sales inventory, including accurate tracking of stock levels, client order balances, and sales trends.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote the company’s products and services and drive business growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and results.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain sufficient product availability and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead the introduction and launch of new products, including conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing implementation plans to ensure successful market entry.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and business development activities as may be assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

• With years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the FMCG, Pharma, or Distribution, is a plus
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
