About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at 3MP Graphics Design Services in Quezon, Quezon. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and closing sales whilst building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role is essential to our continued success and offers significant opportunities for career development within a growing creative services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote 3MP Graphics Design Services' offerings and increase brand awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our design solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project capabilities and communicate these effectively to clients
• Manage the sales pipeline, monitor progress and report on key performance metrics and sales activity
• Attend industry events, networking functions and conferences to expand business connections and identify new opportunities
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and client needs to inform business strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, ideally within the creative services, design, marketing or advertising industry
• Strong understanding of graphic design services, digital marketing solutions and creative offerings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client types
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals whilst maintaining client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated, goal-driven approach with a passion for delivering results
• Knowledge of the Philippine market and strong local networking capabilities (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline (preferred)
