About the role

Kon-Tiki Hospitality Corp. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our culinary team in San Narciso, Zambales. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As part of our kitchen brigade, you will contribute directly to the quality and consistency of our food service operations, supporting our chefs in creating memorable meals that reflect our hospitality values and commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations and equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Receive and store food deliveries appropriately, checking quality and quantities
• Assist with food preparation including chopping, marinating and assembling ingredients
• Support senior chefs and kitchen supervisors with meal preparation during service
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures
