Responsibilities:

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
• Responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 1 year completed in college with 2.5 years of BPO experience OR;
• College graduate with 6 months BPO experience
• Must be amenable to work in one or two Manila locations: Cubao, Mandaluyong, Taguig
