Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain tenant records.
• Provide excellent customer service and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Monitor unit availability and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure the facility is clean and presentable.
• Suggest and implement ideas to improve sales and customer experience.
