Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or call center experience.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, call software, and everyday tech.
• Able to navigate multiple platforms while on live calls.
• Must be available to work within US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Turn incoming calls and online leads into rentals.
• Guide customers through unit options and pricing.
• Upsell to boost revenue and occupancy.
• Handle move-out calls with empathy and retention-focused rebuttals.
• Log customer interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Hit key performance targets: conversions, follow-ups, call volumes.
• Collaborate in team huddles and training sessions.
