Job summary

JHG TRADING INC (JS GAISANO) is seeking a Leasing Officer to source tenants, manage lease contracts, and monitor rent payments. The role emphasizes building strong tenant relationships and handling inquiries.

You will perform lease renewals, maintain occupancy reports, and assist in selling scrap materials as needed. Field work and flexible hours may be required to support property assets across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Honest, responsible, and professional demeanor.
• Willing to do field work and flexible hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Tenant sourcing and assisting walk-in/online inquiries
• Lease management including preparation of contracts, renewals, and other documentation
• Rent monitoring: tracking tenant payments and following up on overdue accounts
• Tenant support: addressing concerns and maintaining good tenant relationships
• Reporting: updating leasing records, occupancy reports, and leasing performance updates
• Performs multitasking duties as assigned
• Assists in selling scrap materials
• Acts as property custodian and ensures proper monitoring of property assets
