Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of sales experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call
• Use script and probing techniques to identify customer needs and offer appropriate products/services
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Ensure service meets contract sales goals and KPIs
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while building rapport
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and use resources to resolve issues
• Prepare complete and accurate records and account notes
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
