Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Advisor I for CPR Main IVR & MW with Thai language skills. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet to sell basic products and services, process orders, and provide essential customer service.

The successful candidate will meet sales targets, use probing techniques, and stay informed on products, pricing, and procedures. Flexibility to rotate shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 0–6 months sales experience is acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to negotiate.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge required.
• Patient and able to handle repetitive tasks professionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve specific sales targets and maximize opportunities on each call.
• Use scripts to identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service delivery meets sales KPIs and contractual goals.
• Greet customers politely and build rapport.
• Listen to customer needs and provide empathetic, effective resolutions.
• Clarify requirements and use tools to resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate work notes and document customer accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by explaining account components.
