The role entails providing admin support to the Sales Team, daily inventory monitoring, invoiced unit tracking, shipment coordination, monthly sales reporting, and close collaboration with other departments on sales needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in client interaction is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Monitor daily vehicle inventory.
• Track and encode invoiced units.
• Coordinate vehicle shipments.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
