Job summary

This role involves reviewing reservations for vehicle releases, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely procurement of vehicles from plants or manufacturers as directed by the Immediate Head.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates regular vehicle inventory of stock units in coordination with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) unit.
• Administers the ordering of the vehicles for the assigned company from plant/manufacturer as instructed by the Immediate Head
• Monitors the available units and the actual units released from the stockyard
• Monitors and reviews the reservation list for vehicle release submitted by the Sales Admin Assistant
