Blaine Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional for an on-site role in Cavite City. You will manage product lines for BMC Food Products and lead marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and product training for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in Sales & Marketing, with experience in product management and new product development, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related business field.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Experience in product management and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related business field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product management of BMC food products.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Train and equip the sales team on products.
• Drive new product development and product improvements.
