Job summary

Adco Blue Corporation in Taguig seeks an Account Executive to build strong client relationships, generate new leads, and close sales. This on-site role offers uncapped commission on top of a base salary and requires 1+ year in sales or account management.

You will prepare proposals, meet clients, visit sites as needed, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs. Bachelor’s degree and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven and customer-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
