Job summary

Manimalex Nextgen, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned client accounts, coordinate orders, shipments, and other logistics requirements.

You will communicate with clients on schedules and service concerns, monitor shipment status, prepare invoices and reports, and identify opportunities to improve service and account performance.

• Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and service concerns.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare quotations, reports, invoices, and other account-related documents.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding account requirements when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and account performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management
