Job summary

adidas is seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to support the Franchise MFY expansion in Manila. You will assist in assessing stores, planning marketing activities, and improving customer experience across franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree pursuit in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing and business development.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Support the Franchise team in assessing, marketing, and scaling the Made For You (MFY) customization business across franchise stores, with a focus on customer experience, operational execution, and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct an assessment of existing MFY-enabled franchise stores and identify operational and commercial gaps.
• Benchmark best-performing MFY locations and identify best practices.
• Support the development of local store marketing calendars, social media activations, and customer experience ideas.
• Help identify priority franchise stores for MFY rollout and develop a store tiering framework.
• Support the development of MFY equipment, space, and operational requirements.
• Assist in creating the Franchise MFY Expansion Toolkit and other project materials.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to support MFY expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing, and business development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
