Job summary

adidas is seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to support the Franchise MFY expansion in Manila. You will assist in assessing stores, planning marketing activities, and improving customer experience across franchise locations.

You will help benchmark locations, develop store marketing calendars, and coordinate with Franchise Partners and internal teams. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, organization, and strong communication skills, with exposure to retail marketing and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree pursuit in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing and business development.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Assess MFY-enabled stores to identify gaps in operations and commercial performance.
Benchmark best-performing MFY locations to capture best practices.
Support development of local store marketing calendars and social media activations.
Help identify priority stores for MFY rollout and create a store tiering framework.
Support MFY equipment, space and operational requirements.
Create the Franchise MFY Expansion Toolkit and other project materials.
Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams on MFY initiatives.
