Disprz is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Philippines, focusing on expanding and managing mid-market accounts for LMS and LXP solutions. You will develop new business, nurture HR leader relationships, and contribute to revenue plans.

The role requires deep HR tech/SaaS sales experience and a strong network with PH CHROs. Based in the Philippines with availability to travel in SE Asia as needed, you will work with cross-functional teams to close deals, upsell, and drive market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise-level cum mid-market sales.
• Experience in HR tech or SaaS-related sectors.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippines market and key CHROs/L&D leaders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Disprz LMS/LXP offerings.
• Establish and cultivate partnerships with HR tech and learning organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with CHROs and L&D heads in the Philippines.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to meet targets.
• Lead negotiation and contract management for new deals and renewals.
• Collaborate with Outbound, Marketing and Customer Success teams to manage key accounts.
• Stay informed on LMS-LXP and SaaS HR tech trends in PH and SE Asia.
• Learn Disprz LMS-LXP offerings to demo for customers and support pre-sales.
