Job summary

Disprz is seeking a Senior SC Consultant in Metro Manila to lead complex enterprise pursuits from discovery to implementation handoff. You will own the full non-commercial cycle, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and you will bring deep L&D/HRMS domain expertise to tailor solutions for large-scale clients.

You will run multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, deliver persona-specific demos, and craft compelling ROI-based proposals while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years total experience with ≥4 years in solution consulting/presales.
• Mandatory: experience in L&D, LMS/LXP, or HRMS software.
• Proven track record owning enterprise deal cycles from discovery to handoff.
• Experience with enterprise customers.
• Engineering/technical degree preferred; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end non-commercial enterprise deals: discovery, solutioning, RFP/RFI, demo, PoC.
• Lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions with L&D heads, CHROs, CIOs.
• Design customised product demos mapped to client needs.
• Build and own the solution proposal including ROI.
• Manage evaluation cycles: PoC scope and criteria.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve gaps and provide responses.
