Job summary

MyGlit in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to build our commercial business with employers and recruitment agencies. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role requiring prospecting, engaging decision-makers, demos, proposals, trials, and closure.

You will manage relationships, develop recurring revenue, and collaborate with product and operations to ensure customer success. Based in Metro Manila, you should attend in-person meetings and events when required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in SaaS or HR tech strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, demo software, negotiate, and close.
• Based in Metro Manila or able to attend in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach BPOs, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other employers with meaningful hiring requirements.
• Build relationships with CEOs, HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, Recruitment Heads, Operations leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Generate pipeline through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking, industry events, and other approved channels.
• Understand the prospect's hiring workflow and independently demonstrate MyGlit capabilities most relevant to the customer's needs.
• Own the opportunity from first contact through qualified meeting, demo, proposal or trial, commercial discussion, closure, and handover for onboarding.
• Prepare proposals, conduct pricing discussions, and negotiate within approved commercial limits.
• Coordinate with product and operations teams after closure, monitor early adoption, and identify renewal, upsell, or account-expansion opportunities.
• Record prospecting activity, meetings, demos, proposals, next steps, objections, opportunity values, and outcomes accurately and on time in the company's designated CRM or sales tracker.
• Provide evidence-based feedback on competitor offerings, pricing, customer objections, feature requests, and market needs arising from actual customer interactions.
