Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced salesperson to drive HRIS SaaS solutions in the Philippines. You will lead the full sales cycle, travel to client sites, and deliver compelling product demos while coordinating with customer success to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a background in IT or HR, strong communication, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset to win enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Outgoing, highly-motivated and competitive mindset.
IT and HR background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
Work through leads to Sales on CRM.
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.
Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
Keep abreast of competition and products.
Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team.
Communicate effectively with management, customers and support staff.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction.
