Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Operations Coordinator for the hybrid night-shift role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will coordinate with consultants on roster changes, validate client configurations with the Implementation team, and handle end-to-end reporting tasks with a focus on data quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS operations or analytics, strong English communication, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions across multiple workstreams using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for internal and client-facing work.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI to efficiently execute daily tasks.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or business analytics within a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing complex datasets and identifying bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants on roster changes affecting call attribution and voice profiles.
• Validate client configurations with the Implementation team for agent setup and voice enrollment.
• Submit tickets to Implementation for configuration gaps found in audits.
• Provide status updates in internal check-ins on open items.
• Client-facing support as needed on call assignment accuracy.
• Collect agent roster data or voice samples from clients when needed.
• Document client interactions and outcomes.
• Support Positive Rent Reporting end-to-end data intake, verification and submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for timely reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and data quality issues for review.
• Maintain records of reporting activity and escalation history.
• Handle Ad Hoc business requests from the VP of Operational Excellence.
• Document processes and improve workflows; provide cross-team admin support.
• Adapt to shifting priorities with proactive solutions.
