MicroSourcing is hiring a Business Operations Specialist in Manila (Eastwood, QC) for a hybrid, night-shift role. You will coordinate with consultants, validate client configurations, and ensure complete agent setup and voice profiles.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for internal coordination and client-facing work.
• Able to work independently across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or business analytics within a SaaS company.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants on agent roster changes affecting call attribution and voice profiles.
• Validate client configurations with the Implementation team to ensure complete agent setup and voice profile enrollment.
• Submit structured tickets to Implementation for configuration gaps identified during audits.
• Provide status updates in internal check-ins and manage open operational items.
• Act as Client-Facing Support for inquiries on call assignment accuracy and agent attribution as needed.
• Collect agent roster information or voice samples from clients when required.
• Communicate status of open items clearly and elevate unresolved issues when needed.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes.
• Support Positive Rent Reporting end-to-end data intake, verification, and submission processes.
• Coordinate ad hoc business requests with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion.
• Provide general operational support, document processes, and maintain trackers.
