Qualifications

• Experience in workforce coordination, scheduling support, or service operations admin in contact center or back-office environments.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning concepts (schedule adherence, routing, queues, shrinkage).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and high data accuracy across databases.
• Ability to work Australian operating hours (AEST/AEDT) in an offshore delivery framework.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to manage multi-site stakeholder requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workforce data and agent profiles in WFM systems.
• Triage inboxes, route schedule update requests to WFM owners.
• Apply real-time shift swaps, breaks, and leave within capacity limits.
• Support intra-day real-time monitoring and adherence alerts.
• Conduct roster audits before payroll and verify leave balances and overtime.
• Assist with basic reporting using Genesys Cloud and MS Excel.
