MicroSourcing International is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our hybrid-night shift team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will drive internal coordination, validate configurations with Implementation, and support client inquiries while ensuring accurate rostering and voice profile enrollment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills suitable for both internal coordination and client-facing correspondence.
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Experience applying AI to daily tasks and operational workflows.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or business analytics within a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing datasets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants on agent roster changes.
• Validate client configurations with the Implementation team.
• Submit structured tickets to Implementation when gaps are found.
• Provide status updates during internal check-ins.
• Support client inquiries related to call assignment accuracy.
• Collect agent roster information or voice samples from clients.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or data quality issues for review and resolution.
• Maintain records of reporting activity and escalated issues.
• Assist with general operational support and cross-functional tasks.
