MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Eastwood, QC for a hybrid night-shift role. You will coordinate with consultants, validate client configurations, and support rent reporting and ad hoc requests across teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or SaaS analytics, strong English communication, and a data-driven mindset. Salesforce/Looker experience is a plus; reliable internet essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication suitable for internal coordination and client-facing correspondence.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI to efficiently execute daily tasks.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or business analytics within a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decisions by analyzing datasets and identifying bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants on agent roster changes and voice profile enrollment.
• Validate client configurations with the Implementation team to ensure complete setup.
• Submit tickets to Implementation when configuration gaps are found during audits.
• Provide status updates on open operational items and participate in internal check-ins.
• Support client inquiries related to call assignment accuracy and agent attribution as needed.
• Collect roster info or voice samples from clients when needed and communicate status clearly.
