Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks a Senior Specialist, Customer Acquisition to drive SaaS sales and renewals. You will craft strategies, engage senior executives, and demonstrate value to clients while collaborating with SDRs and marketing teams.

You will use data-driven insights, forecast revenue, and manage a robust CRM pipeline across industries and partners. This is a hybrid remote role with required local office access.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English for Philippines market.
• Experience with SaaS opportunities.
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Able to close high-level business in evangelist sales environment.
• Use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and identify target industries.
• Engage clients, understand needs, and provide appropriate SaaS solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to close new business.
• Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM.
• Forecast sales revenue and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with SDRs, managers, and partners to accelerate sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Update CRM post-sale to enable cross-team processes.
