Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks an experienced sales professional to drive outbound and inbound leads into closed deals. You will target IT and recruiting solutions, manage a high-volume pipeline, and meet with clients in person to deepen relationships and secure new business.

You will leverage Salesforce CRM, forecast rigorously, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a professional customer experience across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Experience closing new net sales is required.
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and fair transactions.
• Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and persuade others.
• Experience managing many prospects and competing products.
• Must meet with clients in person to build relationships and pitch.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Initiate high-volume outbound calls after marketing campaigns and inbound leads to identify interest and key contacts.
• Convert qualified leads into closed sales.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers.
• Master sales training and closing sales.
• Work with team and management to provide a professional experience in all customer interactions.
• Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured.
