Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer to lead client education, onboarding, and enablement for B2B SaaS customers. This hybrid Makati role includes night shift and focuses on driving product adoption, training outcomes, and revenue impact.

You will design programs, deliver sessions, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, create enablement content, and measure ROI using adoption metrics. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or sales training experience.
Experience in SaaS, tech, or software industry preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Zoom/MS Teams, and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and adoption.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions for B2B clients on product features and onboarding workflows.
Design and deliver training programs to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify training gaps and create enablement materials.
Develop playbooks, videos, and certification content for clients and internal teams.
Monitor and report training effectiveness using adoption metrics and feedback.
Serve as SME for new product releases and feature updates.
