Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics.
• Detail-oriented with strong data management and RTS/claims knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTS operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee handling of returned products from initiation to resolution per SOPs.
• Perform root cause analyses for returned items and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and monitor data related to returned items and trends.
• Ensure quality assurance measures in RTS operations and enforce SOPs.
• Oversee claims resolution from initiation to final settlement in collaboration with teams/Vendors.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve RTS processes and overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of RTS operations, solutions implemented, and claims resolution.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on operational performance and key metrics.
