Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated customer service professional in the Philippines to manage order loading, processing and follow-up for aftermarket programs. You will liaise with Supply Chain, Finance and SAP teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.

The role involves traveling up to ~25% to locations outside the Philippines and leading transformational projects to leverage talent globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage order loading, processing and follow-up.
• Serve as customer’s primary point of contact.
• Provide AOG support outside business hours as needed.
