Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily activities across inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will drive SLA compliance, productivity and quality benchmarks while monitoring inventory accuracy and shrinkage.

You will also lead, train and manage the store team, coordinating with planning, dispatch and transport teams to ensure safe, hygienic and compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
